Founder & CEO

Harini De Silva is the Founder and CEO of AH Advisory Group, bringing nearly two decades of corporate leadership experience combined with a deep commitment to education and professional development. Over the course of her 20-year career with a Fortune 500 organization, she held progressive roles in global client management, strategic planning, and risk oversight, partnering with multinational accounts to drive performance, manage complexity, and implement sustainable growth strategies.

In addition to her corporate experience, Harini serves as a post-secondary business professor, where she teaches and mentors future business leaders. Her academic background, combined with real-world executive experience, allows her to bridge theory and practice in a way that is both practical and impactful.

Harini is passionate about helping individuals build meaningful and successful careers. As an educator and lifelong learner, she believes growth is intentional and that confidence is developed through clarity, structure, and continuous development. Her approach blends strategic expertise with thoughtful mentorship, guiding organizations and individuals as they define their goals and take purposeful action.
